I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fairly modern, separate from the front lobby. The bed was huge and very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy that I absolutely loved. However, there were some issues with the cordiality of the service during check-out on my departure day.

The food offered was above average compared to other hotels in the USA. However, the service lacked a welcoming and friendly attitude and did not acknowledge our membership status nor offer complimentary items. The location was good with easy access to stores and activities but had more of an 'industrial' feel. The dining experience in the morning provided a variety of my favorite breakfast options, though hot breakfast items were missed. The hotel offers great facilities but could improve its service quality.
